The Heritage Elementary School Accountability Committee meets multiple times throughout the school year to focus on efforts to improve our school climate, create and monitor our yearly school-wide improvement plan, and discuss other topics regarding the success of Heritage Elementary.

In Colorado, it is a statutory requirement for every school to have a School Accountability Committee (SAC). The SAC is an advisory committee, not a governing body, that advises the principal on school performance, budget priorities and parental engagement.
