My Wonderful Heritage Community,

Season’s Greetings, December is one of my very favorite months of the year at school.  There is so much joy and holiday cheer within our building. Our band and orchestra students gave a wonderful winter concert to both our community in the evening and to our students at school. I am so very proud of the amazing musicians we have here at Heritage.  Our choir also had a fabulous school and community performance. It was a joy to listen to all the holiday songs these students sang. We have over one hundred students who are participating in either band, orchestra or choir. I am so very proud of these musical students.

Yesterday our classrooms were full of gingerbread houses being decorated and holiday cheer.  The students had such a wonderful time creating holiday ornaments, cards, and a variety of crafts.

Please spread the word we are accepting students for next year’s kindergarten classes.  We are offering free full day kindergarten as well as a half day option. We are so excited for our new kindergarten students to join our Heritage family.

I wanted to share this picture of our staff as we all were so very proud of our students’ performance on last year’s state standardized tests and the two outstanding awards Heritage received.  Way to go Heritage students!!!

Wishing all of you a fabulous holiday break.  Take time to enjoy your children and time with family and friends.  We look forward to seeing you back at school on Tuesday, January 7th, 2020!!!

Warmly,

Jean Wolach
