New Login Steps for Families
EngagED Parent Portal

We have been notified by the school district that the login process for parents to access the EngagED Parent portal will be changing effective Monday, October 9 at 7:00 p.m. The EngagED Parent Portal is the tool families use to access Express Check-In, Elementary Progress Reports, SMARTag passes, view enrollment status, and more. 


Effective Monday at 7:00 p.m. parents will need to add “@p.dcsdk12.org” to their current user names when logging into EngagED. 


For example, when you log into EngagED, if your current user name is absmith, that will be changed to [email protected]


Your password will remain the same. 


We realize this adds another step to the login process. However, the Douglas County School District utilizes Duo for account authentication for EngagED. Duo is integrating changes to its login process in order to further enhance security.
